Mentoring is a longer-term commitment focused on developing business leaders, guiding them through challenges, and honing their problem-solving skills. Management consulting, on the other hand, is more project-based, where we assist in specific areas like team building, export planning, or crisis management. A good way to look at it is mentoring works with people, consulting works on and with the business.
Our fees vary based on the service. For instance, a 60-minute sustainability consultation is $550, while our ongoing mentoring fees are $450 NZD per hour. We also offer tailored packages, so it’s best to get in touch for a detailed quote.
