What it will cover

The assessment follows INS/OS, the framework we use on every engagement, so the output reads the same way a board paper would rather than as a marketing score.

What you will receive
A score by dimension
Six scores, one for each part of the operating system, so the picture is structural rather than departmental.
The likely binding constraint
The dimension most likely to be limiting performance, separated from the symptoms it is producing elsewhere.
What usually happens next
The sequence we would normally expect in a business at that stage, and the decisions a board typically has to make first.
